Re: What are you getting DH for Valentine's Day
I set a limit for a small gift this year since we are going out for a nice dinner. I got him a nice valet for his watches, money, keys and whatever other junk men put in those things. and coffee mugs with our nicknames on them, from Redenvelope.com I also got these cute/silly "couples" tshirts (for lounging). His says "Peanut Butter" and mine says "Jelly"

Sorry, I'm no help. Add me to the "we don't exchange" bandwagon. We'll go out to dinner, but probably on another day to avoid the crowds. We're so romantic, I know

This would be us too! That would be awesome.. but if I can't do that, then a box of chocolates and something from redenvelope.com (thanks, J9-13 for the idea)!

Re: What are you getting DH for Valentine's Day
I'm working the night before and the night of V-day. So I think we will just do dinner the weekend before. Not into the crowds and over priced meals.

She gets me roses, a box of chocolates, and some silky, satin boxers. Then she expects me to put out.

Re: What are you getting DH for Valentine's Day
I have no idea at this point...DH is insistent that we not spend alot on each other because we still need to buy things for the new apartment.
I'm hoping to maybe go out for dinner (we're celebrating on Sunday since we both work - and DH has school- on Monday) at the very least.
I wanted to spend about $25 on his gift but not sure what to get him - I'm sure that something will present itself in time.

Usually we go out to dinner a few days before to avoid the crowds and then I cook dinner the actual day. This year I bought him the chocolate smores from Williams Sonoma (though I am not gonna lie - at 7 months prego I really wanted to taste them!!)
