We are due right around then, so I bought a Father's Day/New Daddy present all in one: a digital SLR camera with extra lenses and a case. He's good to me and the baby and I wanted to celebrate!

We may go register for stuff on Mother's day weekend, and for Father's day, we may finish up the nursery? But no, nothing for each other on father's day, mother's day, we aren't eachother's children and we have none right now so it doesn't make sense to us.

I agree 100% percent! We are all mommies.
I'm a nervous nelly. I can't count on being a mom until I *AM* a mom.. such sad things can happen so I'm holding off on that until she's here. We don't call her by her name, nor do I want to. This baby is just a hope until it's a reality.
I didn't mean to offend anyone it was just how *I* feel, that's all

Honestly i think we're skipping it. I don't know. Yes i'm pregnant and all, but i won't really feel like a mother until the baby is born. So we'll celebrate it next year.

I had already bought him James Taylor concert tickets for Jones Beach - it was supposed to be his bday present but his b-day is 2 weeks after the concert, so I figured I'd just give them to him for fathers day

I just bought dh's gift.. so excited.
I got him monogramed golf links to put on his golf clubs and a a baby shirt from cafepress.com that says, " My Daddy golfs better than your daddy" haha
