What are you getting your 3rd-4th grader for the Holidays?
My son said he wants to be surprised. I know what we are getting him, but I also need gift ideas for all the grandparents.
Luckily, I still have some time before New Years, which is what this is for.
Anyone has any good leads, something within the limit of $50? What are some popular Nintendo 3DS games these days? Or anything else you can thing of...

Some of what my 3rd grader is getting:
sports jerseys
FIFA Soccer for wii
Lego Sets
Wooden Construction sets (use with real tools - he is obsessed with tools)
swapforce an the figures to play with it
NBA game for wii
Madden for wii
Some Who is books and sports related books
Soccer calendar
Shin guards
Soccer bag (see nay theme here - we are soccer obsessed)
PS I got my niece Wipeout for the 3DS

I have a third grader. He's getting:
an iPad
3 games for xbox one
Ice hockey skates
Ice hockey equipment
Roller hockey pants
Hockey socks
5 hockey jerseys (various players)
Big Nate book series
iTunes gift cards

My 3rd grader is getting:
electric scooter
Infinity (to share with his brother)
Legos
more legos
Helmet
pads
lacrosse shorts/socks
a "real" tool set
snap circuits

My 3rd grader got:
- A catapult toy
- Football stuff related: book, calendar, cup, etc
- Basketball set (those to put on the door)
- "I survived" books
- Nano blocks (space shuttle and airplane)
- Football players minifigures from lego
- Inflatable tackling buddy
