What are you getting your babysitters for the holidays?

What are you getting your babysitters for the holidays?
Not sure if I should do a weeks pay ($200) cash, or a gift certificate to a restuarant ($100) and some sort of gift basket...or an Amex gift card? What are you all doing?
ETA: this is a full time sitter - 40 hours

Last year we did a weeks pay. With DH out of work this year I am not sure if we will do the same.

I give a week's pay ( this year I am minusing out the travel time I pay for) and a coat from Victoria's Secret which the kid's give. Last year, I got her a Coach bag from the kids. This year, I have to cut back since both DH and I have had cuts in our annual income.

Last year when my daughter was at the sitter I gave her $100 which I think is fine.
