It is SUCH a good thing that I don't live in the States right now - I'd be weighing in even heavier than I am now.
Please indulge me and let me list all the BAD things I've been craving from your side of the pond:
Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut Butter (the kind they have here is crap)
White sheet cake or cupcakes with cream cheese frosting (i die!)
Candy corn
Pumpkin Spice (decaf) lattes from Starbucks (we have Starbucks but they don't have pumpkin spice - how WRONG is that!  )
Chick-Fil-A (ok maybe thats a Southern thing)
Bagels (real ones - aka NY ones)
Pizza (see note above)
Dunkin Donuts - coffee
Krispie Kreme - donuts
Ok there's more but now I'm just embarrassed!
OMG CHICK-FIL-A, why did you have to say something that i have to drive hundreds of miles for 
my mom ate Chick-Fil-A so much when she was pregnant with me she can't even look at a sign now without gagging!

Cheese fries
I just want cheddar cheese and pickles right now. Also a salad maybe.
Nothing is coming to me at the moment. I am sure that will change!
ETA-Okay heres more
Buttercup Bake Shop NYC yellow cupcakes with pink frosting and red velvet cupcakes
Stuffed slice from this place called Colesseos by my parents
with sauce to dip into
Pancakes from the coffee shop by my parents.
All of this is in NY. I don't get this stuff in Florida I will be doing some damage on our next trip up!

I was just thinking of Chick-Fil-A today because I passed a sign for it. They have good chicken salad sandwiches!

I am totally loving my husband, he surprised me with a body pillow.
As far as food, all I want to eat is salad!

Right now I am enjoying Whoppers before my DH comes home & yells at me  but I am still on a pizza hut kick (have been for the past 2 weeks).. i know, gross.

I don't really crave much and most food makes me sick, but I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE a good salad bar Oh man I want a HUGE salad now!

I their chicken salad sandwiches! Thats what I always get. And their fries, let's not forget the waffle fries.
And I can't imagine ever wanting to gag at the Chick-Fil-A sign! LOL
