Pretty causal, either shorts/leggings with a shirt, or a sun/maxi dress with flip flops. I work in a very small office setting, so we don't have a dress code.

I'm in the construction industry so I normally wear jeans, a nice shirt and work boots.

Yeah, I realized that they are basically the same. I should have used that slot for "Company issued or required uniform" or something....

I would say office policy is business casual, I dress polished business casual. alwyas more dressy than most people in the building - i like dressing up though in dresses and heels etc.
we do have casual fridays though.

I rarely wear pants
. This although I have been doing some dressy shorts and dress pants as well.
