What are your '2nd carseat' choices? Lightweight strollers?

Hi guys,
Can you point me in the direction of a less expensive carseat for a second car. I think we're going with the Britax Marathon for my car, but wanted a less expensive one for my husband's car. And if possible, one that is up to 65lbs?

Question 2: I have a tall baby! What are your favorite strollers, one that reclines in case he falls asleep? I've been looking, there are just so many options it makes my head spin!

I have the Alpha Sport 3-in-1 Convertible Car Seat, it was about $100 at BRU.

Andrew has the Houndsooth pattern. I love it. I ordered Lauren the Couture Dragonfly pattern, but they don't have it on their site anymore.

Oh, and the stroller we have is the Chicco (cheach-o, keyko, ) London, which is older version of the Chicco C5.
