What are your grains, vegetables and proteins?
Trying to get ideas for those nights when I need something healthy but easy.

protein:
salmon scallops shrimp chicken turkey bison
veggies: salad greens (all kinds) peppers (red, yellow, orange) onions (usually roasted with peppers) broccoli peas sweet potatoes asparagus green beans brussel sprouts tomatoes (usually through sauce) pumpkin (from a can - it's actually really good heated with some brown sugar, cinnamon and little butter)
to make it easier for myself, i get quite of few of these frozen
grains: brown rice - that's it sorry that i'm no help here. i do make a lot early in the week since it takes nearly and hour to cook

Proteins: Chicken--grilled, baked, breaded, or cut into strips and pan-fried for fajatas or stirfry
Steaks--I buy them from Omaha steaks mainly, bacon wrapped filet mignons. Also buy premarinated strip steaks or London broil.
Vegetables: Corn Green beans pan sauteed with garlic and EVOO
Grains: Rice--I make my own RiceaRoni with broken Vermicelli pasta in it, also rice pilaf and plain white rice. Risotto Couscous Pasta
Potatoes (not really a veg, not really a grain)--baked, mashed, fried, roasted

Grains: mostly couscous or quinoa, sometimes barley, rarely rice
Veggies: whatever is in season, lately a lot of zucchini, okra, sweet potatoes, and green beans
Proteins: DH mostly eats chicken and pork, I eat mostly tofu, tempeh, and beans
