Re: What are your opinions on the new booties for Fall?
I think they are ugly but for some reason I feel they might grow on me eventually.....of course I would only wear them with work pants.

Me too. My general rule is that if I wore the trend in my pre-teens/teens...I'm not going to wear it now.

Same here! I think I had something almost exactly the same in purple suede.
I saw two young girls on the train last night and they were wearing clothes that I wore in the late 80's - knit sweater dresses with leggings and thick belts - what a flashback!

That's me because they sort of grew on me! I'm looking for a pair right now, mainly because I don't want to spend money on tall boots when I already have a brown and black pair. Plus, I don't need to wear the tall ones with work pants. I also like the little feminine touches on some of them, they are like an accessory!
