aww. funny thing is DH really wanted to see it and I saw a discount code on travelzoo.com and got excellent seats for $30 a ticket!! i don't know if the code is still good but its THIRTY on ticketmaster.com

i want to get couples hot stone massages that weekend and go to dinner -- but not ON valentine's day because i'm not a fan of the pre-set menus and such. i'd rather go when things are less crowded.
the night of - just a nice, quiet night in - we haven't had a lot of those in the last 8 months.

We'll probably make a nice dinner at home when I get home from work. And possibly go out another night. Its never been worth the  and the long waits and poor service to go out that night to me.
Hopefully he'll send me flowers at work or have them for me when I get home ... we'll see 
DH would be all over this...he loves White Castle.

Home watching movies and eating in.
DH and I were just discussing this over dinner...I don't understand going out to dinner on V-Day. Restaurants are overpriced and mobbed, you always end up with subpar service and food.
And I feel the same about flowers - overpriced and underdone on V-Day. It's turned into a commercial mess.

I will be at a wedding. My cousin is getting married on V-Day and I am her MOH so that is where we will be. DH got off easy this year.
I am so not a fan of V-Day anyhow!

We will be upstate with DH's mom. My FIL passed away right be fore Christmas and we want to make sure DH mom is ok. So DH and I are going to cook dinner and then the 3 of us with watch season 1 of Burn Notice. I know my MIL wants us to go out but we don't want to leave her on her V-Day with out her husband. We don't mind. We are trying to keep her busy.

Work We're celebrating on Monday with edible arrangments, champagne and a nice dinner at home. We decided to buy the Wii Fit as a joined gift to eachother, but I know Joe is also getting me a Snugglie

We have a tradition of making a filet mignon dinner at home on Valentine's Day. I hate crowded restaurants, so we usually go out to eat the following week when it's less crowded.
Dang and i was just about to call them.
