Never used a wipe or bottle warmer.
LOVED our swing (Molly and Jason loved it until they had to get out of it due to weight), bassinet (Molly was in it until she was 5 months old). LOVE the snap and go.
The things I wanted I used. I think it is very individual.

Never used wipe warmer/bottle warmer
Bought the swing & she didn't love it (yet she loved MIL's)
Used the Jeep carrier (like baby bjorn) once
