What brand/kind of cleaners do you use?

Sadie is getting to the age now where I really should be cleaning her toys a lot more often. Before now, she didnt really do much with them so I would spot clean here and there, but she's really chomping on her excersaucer toys and playing a lot with her floor toys.

Ive seen the babyorganics and seventh generation type cleaners. Do they work well? If not, what is safe?

I have some Method surface cleaner that says nontoxic and all that on it that I have used sparingly in the past.

Just wondering what brands everyone likes etc.

I just use warm water and soap or put in dishwasher. I found the other things left a film on her toys, didnt feel comfortable with that. Some plush toys I put in washing machine. Everything else that I cant, I wipe with a baby wipe.

When they had the rotavirus 2 weeks ago, i wiped everything down with lysol wipes.

I use hot water and a bottle brush with some seventh generation soap. Other stuff I use a baby wipe. I should definitely be doing it more often too!!!

I use the dishwasher for plastic toys, and the wash machine for the stuffed animals.

For books and things like that, I use a baby wipe.

If I have to spray something or clean it immediately I use vinegar water.

I put a lot of stuff in the washing machine, then air dry.

Everything else, I wash with seventh generation soap-- I haven't used a baby wipe except on Sophie, which I heard you shouldn't wash. It makes it smell YUCK though.

I also sometimes take an alcohol pad when something is new-- and is in one of those open boxes since inevitably, everything is going in her mouth.
