Ugh! I have a cold right now. I took tylenol to deal with the sore throat. Now that it's subsided, the flood gates have opened, so I'd love to know if there's something we can take!

I really feel like Im coming down with the flu or something. Ant is asleep and im already in bed. Should I keep BF him?

I would. He'll get your antibodies. I came down with strep throat when Aubrey was only 3-4 months. I felt awful, but the doctor said it was fine to keep BFing. She never got sick.

try gargling with salt water and using that disgusting neti pot
I took a decongestant last year and it dimished my supply- as soon as I realized what it was I stopped and it went back to normal

Exactly this. Unfortunately there's not much you can take medication-wise that is safe while BF or won't affect your supply. I drank a lot of chamomile tea with honey also. Feel better!

I'm just getting over a cold. I took Advil bc I felt achy & had a headache. I used nasal saline spray (non medicated) for the stuffiness. So far dd has not gotten it and I EBF.
