What can I do with a 1/2 cabbage?

I'm making a recipe that calls for only 1/2.

What can I do with the other 1/2? Ideas???

You can make a small batch of coleslaw. there is plain coleslaw, asian coleslaw, blue cheese coleslaw, etc.

My favorite thing to do with cabbage is making cabbage antipast salads. So you can serve the cabbage (plain, or with dressing, or with evoo, etc) and then put with it cut up vegetables, slices of cheese, slices of cold cuts, olives, anchovies, etc.

You can do cabbage wraps, make something (like grilled chicken) and then wrap it in the cabbage to eat it.

You can make a cabbage salad - super yummy and easy. Shred the cabbage, and then add some red vinegar, a little olive oil and salt and pepper. Yum!

Ok, maybe I'll experiment with that I have in the fridge. Make a salad with apple & such.
