What can I make with greek yogurt?
I accidentally bought 2 big containers of plain greek yogurt. I HATE plain yogurt, even mixed with fruit. I love tzatziki sauce so I will use 1 tub for that but any suggestions for the other? Maybe another kind of dip? I'm going to a bbq this weekend so maybe something I can bring there?

frozen popsicles! ive been meaning to try these watermelon ones, but you easily subsititute any fruit
Watermelon Frozen Yogurt Popsicles
INGREDIENTS
•1 1/2 cups Watermelon (seedless or remove seeds)
•3/4 cup fat free Thick Greek Yogurt
•Sweetener: Stevia, Honey, Agave, Maple or your favorite natural sweetener to taste
METHOD
Purée watermelon in blender or food processor. Strain with a fine mesh sieve into a bowl. Add strained watermelon juice back into the blender. Add yogurt. Blend well. Add sweetener to taste. Pour into popsicle mold
makes about 6 pops (This recipe will yield about 2 cups of mix. If you need more just up the quantities in the same proportions)

I find anything you do with sour cream, you can do with Greek yogurt. I love the stuff!!!

Drain it through a paper towel and make labneh. Lebanese yogurt cheese and add some garlic and parsley. Delish on pita
