What color area rug for a light green room?

Long story short, we are moving my daughter into anew room and using her nursery as a sitting room. We don't want to paint.

The walls are BM Celery Ice, a pale but bright green. The floors are white/gray lineoleum, so we definitiely need a new rug and the accents like shelves etc. are espresso. We have a dark brown glider and ottoman that we will keep in there, but what color should we do for the rug? That's the one thing that will change the room from a nursery into an "adult room". (Besides taking out the crib and her name letters off the wall. lol. )

I've been searching at rugs at West Elm and Crate and Barrel and I'm just not sure...

what about dark brown?

My bedroom is sage green walls, ivory moulding and dark brown sheer curtains, dark brown rug and brown and green comforter set.

This one is contemporary and seems to have your wall color in it...



I searched brown area rugs on overstock - maybe you'll find something you like...

I was thinking chocolate brown too. I'd get something with a print though. I lvoe the combo
