What color is your front door?
We replaced ours in the spring, just a white steel door with half moon window, fine for now. But our house is looking so blah right now and so I would like to paint the door. We have all white trim and white windows. Our house is blue cedar shakes (lighter blue).
Any opinions, suggestions, pics???

Mine is a mahogany stain - we have an aged brick home with white trim.
You could do a dark blue.

Ours is a off white but we want to change it to either a mahogeny door or a maroon one like our shutters

We painted our front door BM Georgian Brick. It used to be this off white color and I just wanted to change it. We had the paint left over so we used it.

Now we have no trees in our front yard and it faces the West...so the SUN is shining on our front door all day. We do have a screen door.
I am thinking a darker color may fade...is this true ya think? I would love to paint the door a brick red, a navy or even black...

Ours is white, the top half is glass. We'd like to paint it a dark blue to match the shutters since the rest of our house is white as well.
