what curtains for nursery?
I don't really know what kind of curtains/shades I want for the nursery. It's just two small windows but it's the corner of the house so it actually gets a lot of sun. I don't want to block out all of the light, but I want it dimmed a bit for when baby is sleeping. Any pics would be great!

Re: what curtains for nursery?
My dds room, is a corner room in the house with two small windows. I got shades from home depot and then i bought 2 valances and curtains to cover the shade. I didnt want any light so i got the shade that keeps it out. But when i do want light i just open the shade and the curtains are seperated. The pics in my album arent great, b/c i took before I finished doing stuff to them.
eta: just took some pics. Image Attachment(s):

yes, i was thinking roman shades....i've always liked them. Just didn't know if they'd be too "blah" in a nusery, especially a girls' room. I'm going to check out some stores today and see what I see!

smith + noble's online site has a tool you can play with to see how the blinds look with different color walls and trim. even if you don't get their brand, you can get a sense of what it will look like.
