What day is CD1 if you start AF at night?
I know this has been asked a million times but here goes again!!
I started spotting last week - Tuesday the 14th but no need for a tampon then I woke up wednesday morning and AF was in full flow - it must have started sometime that night and I had a pad in - do I call tuesday or wednesday CD 1?

Im new to this but i would say that Wed, the day of full flow would be cd1

i would say Wed as well b/c that's the first day of full flow. i disregard the hours while i am sleeping.

the day you needed to put on a tampon is CD1....the first day of FULL FLOW...
ETA: Wednesday in my opinion.
