I have to work Christmas eve and DAy but I work from home so its not terrible and only for 2 hours on CHristmas day but still its annoying.

We get off Friday, Monday and Tuesday. I am taking Wed. and Thursday, working Friday and then have a 3 day weekend.

I get out early on Friday and than just have Monday off..I normally take the week between x-mas and new yrs off every year but I started a new job and I have no vacation

However, I won't be returning on Jan. 2nd due to Maternity leave.

I am off Saturday & Sunday & Monday for my regular day off .........EXCEPT.....I have to work a few hours on Christmas .
The rule is, even if it is your regular day off on a holiday, you work a few hours. I THINK I am scheduled for 9-12 & I can probably leave at 11 if all is quiet!
 for a quiet Christmas.
I know I work in a job that takes no holidays, but I have not had a Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter off in YEARS
