My mother calls the baby Jake. DH & I just refer to the baby as "the baby".

We called her Rocky before we knew she was a 
My girlfriend named her that because in her first sonogram pic she had both her hands in fists like she was ready to fight, and it stuck.
Now everyone calls her a variation of her name...Elizabeth, Lizzie, Eliza..

I call him/her my little Snugglebug, Munchkin or Peanut.
my DH does too, but he also sometimes referrs to him/her as the little guppy inside.

When my sil was pregnant everyone just called the baby " baby"
I got sick of that, knew it was a girl and started to call her Hailey, because I liked it...
She gave birth 2 years ago. The babies name is Hailey Brianna

Same here! We don't know the sex, so we just talk to it and say baby.

WE call him Mr.T
He is going to be named after my FIL as per the Greek tradition and the name is a very old fashioned and hard for many to pronounce.
Obviously, it begins with a T, so he has been Mr.T since we found out he was a boy . WE are so cheesy and walk around saying I pity the fool all the time
