DH, believe it or not, collects Swarovski crystal - he has tons of little crystal animals - we have a Zoo in our china cabinet  that I get the honor of dusting!
He has always liked animals ever since he was little so his Mom bought him a Swarovski piece for every gift giving occasion over the years - and he loves it. Even now I'll buy him one every once in a while.
I like Lenox - some of the pieces are very nice. I also like Irish collectibles - Belleek is a fave. We have our Lenox Christmas Village that came out a few years ago - we get the new pieces each year for Christmas.
I have a thing for angels- I don't have a crazy amount but I can't resist buying them when I see them so I have a few angel figurines.
Other than that - I think that is pretty much it.
Does anything with diamonds count?

I like Lardros (sp?) My grandmother started a collection for me when I was younger and then for my wedding I bought the bride and groom
they are called Lladro figurines (Lladró). they are very beautiful - what a terrific collection to have!

I used to collect Hello Kitty stuff, mainly Red and Pink and White stuff. I had a whole room full of it, but put it away about 2 years ago.
I also collect Milk Glass...my mother is a major glass collector.

1) modern art.... original lithographs and paintings when possible
2) modern furniture from prominent designers/architects-
3) other modern design elements (tableware, vases....)
noticing a trend? 
1 and 2 are obviously quite $$$$, so we carefully pick select items. Obviously, the collectable furniture is mixed into a lot of ikea stuff...
3 collection is pretty far along.... obviously becuase it's less $$$.

Nothing! I hate clutter. I used to collect snow babies and Emmet Kelly clowns. Now they are in a box waiting to be sold if I ever get time to list them on Ebay.

2. Lenox, especially Disney Lenox

I never had enough attention span to stick with anything long enough - but I have alot of turtles because I love them, Buddha statues and images, and I have really been into Willow Tree figurines - representing everything in my life - I have one of a man and woman together, of a man with a daughter, a mom with a little boy, a little boy holding a hope ballooon that I received for presenting at an autism conference, and just bought one of a man holding a baby boy for DH for Xmas. I don't have a pregnant one though, not sure why I never got one - I may have to buy one for next pregnancy!

My grandmother was a collector of everything-spoons, colored glass, milk glass, hummels, bells, paperclips, bird figurines & the list goes on. I think I got that pack-rat gene from her. Over the years I collected smurfs, dolls, barbies, breyer horses, crystal figures, lenox, birdhouses, angel stuff, snowmen, amerian indian figurines, baskets, tons of decor for every holiday & season, vintage greeting cards, tablecloths, dinnerware, designer pocketbooks, tiffany & co silver jewelry & tons of craft stuff.
Over the last few years I've sold or given just about all of it away icluding the collections I inherieted from my Grandmother with the exception of her hummels & my jewelry & pocketbooks.
Now I try to spend more time using my craft supplies & less time collecting it. I don't want all the stuff weighing me down anymore. If I don't use it, love it or need it, its gone.
