what do you do for throbbing body parts?

I can't sleep because my feet, ankles, calves and fingers are throbbing. Is there anything to help besides just elevating my legs? What about my fingers? It feels like I have a million black and blues and someone keeps poking at them. DH actually tried to massage my feet (which I usually love) but it hurt too bad.Chat Icon

i am so sorry. i have no from-personal-experience advice for you - swelling is the one of the only preggo symptoms that i have been spared (at least for now - knock on wood!!). but in addition to keeping your legs elevated, you might also take some tylenol, which may relieve the pain a bit. feel better Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

me either. i have been in constant discomfort for the past week +. my right hand fingers are numb most of the time. my anklles/feet and calves are swollen. My ankles look broken that's how ridiculous they look and my feet look like inflated surgical gloves Chat Icon I wake up with them swollen in the a.m. so i dont know how much the elevation really helps and i do drink alot of water.
