What do you do to keep your lettuce longer?
Do you have a trick that keeps it from turning?

When you bring it home, wash it and put it into your handy salad spinner..spin it...it keeps it fresh for a week or longer around here...plus..before you go to use it, spin it and it brings it back to life...if you don't have one, invest..I was a skeptic, now a believer..haaha

After cleaning, I wrap in paper towels, place in a zip lock bag and then put it in the drawer in the fridge.

I wash everything when I get home
Spin it really good and lay it out on tea towels on a cookie sheet and let dry
Then I put in a ziplock with papertowels
Keeps about 2 weeks
