What do you do when you receive bad customer service?
But still need to follow through with the service you receive?
I am so annoyed right now, I am not sure if because I am fast paced New Yorker and I am not used to slow service or if the service is just bad!!!!!

I tried that, I emailed the American Market Manager and Senior Ireland Vacation Specialist and the Managing Director and CEO.
I received a response from the person I was dealing with after calling and complaining, but nothing from anyone else.

Re: What do you do when you receive bad customer service?
I don't mind, I am just so annoyed.
I booked part of our trip to Ireland via a company called myguideIreland, the website is :
http://www.12travel.com/
thinking, this co is located in Ireland and after reading the website, all the vacation specialists are from Ireland so I would receive better advice.
The 'vacation specialist' I booked part of my trip through never and I mean never responds to my emails or messages.
I booked and paid on April 6 and still had not received my vouchers for the castle, manor house, B&Bs, and car in the mail. So I emailed and called. Finally I received an email today from my 'Vacation Specialist'
Nothing from the head of the vacation specialists or the cio who I cc'd because she had not responded.
Am I overreacting? I honestly think my 'vacation specialist' is either lazy or just doesn't care.
I want someone else who will respond to my emails and my questions.
Do you think I should email the CIO and request another 'vacation specialist'?
Sorry this is so long, I am definitely venting!

Re: What do you do when you receive bad customer service?
As someone who lives in the UK I would say that the pace of doing business and the level of customer service in Ireland is going to be wayyyyyyyyyyyy different from what you might expect as (your words) a fast paced New Yorker!
Customer Service is no where near as good as you get in the states, but I think that everyone here is working on it. You can complain, however I don't know what you should expect to get in apologies or compensation.
