What do you exfoliate with?
What do you exfoliate with? After my wax the woman told me to exfoliate more. I refuse to buy the European Wax stuff bc I have in the past and makes no difference.
Any good products you'd recommend? THanks

What do you exfoliate with?
I am forever and ever a St Ives Apricot Scrub gal. Although the lavendar salt scrub from Trader Joe's is yummy and reasonable, but it makes the tub so slippery!

soo many pinterest pins on this. Sugar, some essential oils, coconut oil ..boom you have a scrub. Brown sugar scrubs. sea salt scrubs.

What do you exfoliate with?
For the body, we use shea moisture scrub from harmon.
For the face, I'll use tula exfoliating mask or some cleanser with baking soda.

If you are talking face, that's a whole other ball game.

Yes. Body. I actually bought the St Ives at Target and like it a lot.
What suggestion do you have for face? I do use the brush with my Cetaphil, but any suggestion is great!

I find chemical exfoliators work best on my face.
So AHA and BHA.
Paula's choice makes a great one for daily use and a stronger one for once a week.
A good physical exfoliant for my face is Malin + Goetz Jojoba scrub. It's awesome.

I use Philosophy Microdermabrasion wash in the morning
It’s gentle enough to use every day and does an amazing job at keeping my face soft. In the winter my powder gets like flaky and this helped so much last year
