what do you ladies consider to be "great shape"

it seems like this is something we all talk about, but I am sure it means different things to different people. Is it necessariy thinner, or just more toned? do you think you need to gain weight?

if you were in the best shape you could be, what would be different about you?

Great shape=no fat rolles when standing.

A small post- baby stomach roll when leaning forward doens't countChat Icon

For me to be in the best shape I could be, i would have to be more toned up.

Re: what do you ladies consider to be "great shape"

I'm thin now but I really don't work out much- so to be in the best shape for me I'd say I'd need to have more of a six pack stomach, and tone up my thighs a lot (they are very mushy).
Also- maybe build some muscle tone on my arms- they are scrawny! Chat Icon

great shape for me means having a toned body, flat stomach, strong legs and just having lots of energy.

Great shape = endurance (running several miles with no problem), flexibility, strength

Re: what do you ladies consider to be "great shape"

I like a toned athletic shape on men - nothing too muscular...more like a runner's body.

I think toned with curves is my ideal look for women.

not size so much a "jiggliness" The less jiggly, the better shape IMO.

Toned, good vitals, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Weight is secondary.

Re: what do you ladies consider to be "great shape"

I gained more weight than I like but I was lucky that alot of the fat went into the boobs and butt which I like but I wish I could have a washboard stomach again.

To me nicely toned arms - not muscular like a body builder, flat stomach, tight butt...basically everything that I'm praying for before my wedding Chat Icon Chat Icon

I wish to GOD I could direct the fat inot the boobs! I swear I could gain 300 lbs and it wouldn't go near that area! Chat Icon

Re: what do you ladies consider to be "great shape"

for me it's about 5 lbs skinner
more toned arms- and tighter legs- and love handles gone-

I haven't worked out in 3 weeks- If I just could go to the gym 4 times a week I could be back to where I was 6 months ago- and go every week- not for just one week

Re: what do you ladies consider to be "great shape"

For me to be in shape I don't have to be thin, but I need to be toned. I need to have muscle definition and have endurance.

I was thinner and didn't look as good as when I weighed more but had better definition.

Toned stomach (I don't like abs in women), tight arms, toned legs, "high" butt with little jiggle...and the ability to run 10 miles easily...I can dream! Chat Icon

that's cheating...that's not YOU.

I am not asking who you'd like to look like, but what you think YOUR body looks like at its best. I hope that makes sense.
