What do you put in your tuna salad?

I'm trying to cover up the taste of the light Mayo that I use. It never used to bother me, but now I can taste the difference between it and full-fat.

How do you make your tuna? What kind of goodies do you put in it?

very simple.

what brand of light mayo. the only one I can deal with is Hellmanns...and only the light, not the fat free.

Chopped onion, celery, and a squirt of lemon

minced red onion, chopped hard boiled egg, salt & pepper, garlic powder, light mayo and a little mrs. dash!

If I really feel like going all out I will add finely minced carrots and red peppers.

I put celery & bread crumbs..... That gives it alot of flavor, sometimes ill do chopped onions too

I make it with Hellmans light mayo, dijon mustard, onion, celery & sometimes a little dill.

On a fancy tuna day finely chopped onion, chopped pickles (or a spoonful of relish), chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives and lots of lemon pepper and sometimes just tuna, lemon juice, light mayo and chopped hard boiled egg.

I don't care for onions, but once in a while will add celery for a crunch. Always add lemon juice.
You can always make a healthy tunamelt... whole wheat bread, tuna w/ the light mayo, tomato and slice of cheese.

I use Hellmanns mayo w/Canola oil. It is supposed to be better then the regular mayo and I really like it too.

I put in chopped celery, fresh parsley, s&p, but i also use onion powder instead of an onion, and sometimes a little garlic powder too!

i dont eat it by DH does so i make it for him with chopped up lettuce tomatoes onions celery and little mayo

i actually put in less mayo, and substitute in a little bit of sour cream. i also add celery, pepper, mustard and seasoning salt!

I substitute Fat Free Italian Dressing for Mayo and it tastes just as good :)

Here you go:
1-2T hellmans light
1 can Tuna
1-2 celery stalks finely cut
1tsp horseradish sauce
1tsp dijon mustard
S&P
5-6 mini pickles grated
1tsp pickle juice

mayo, s&p, chopped red onion, pinch of dijon and sometimes a little chopped dill for a nice extra jazzmatazz. Once in a while I'll also add a little chopped celery.
