what do you serve for lunch?
i feel lunch is the most difficult meal to come up with something creative for DD. i feel she is always eating the same thing.
so, what do you serve?
PB is out since she is 12mos and she can't have it till 2 per ped.

Crackers and hummus
Dr. Praeger's littles or spinach pancakes
Chicken breast or chicken nuggets
Yogurt
I don't have a whole lot of ideas either

haha i hear ya! i haven't tried those dr. praegers yet, i should go get some.
I have the spinach ones...Lots of them. swing by and get some to try before you get a huge box!

Today they're having mac & cheese w/ sliced apples.
I give them leftovers, or...
grilled cheese
cheese & crackers
matzo with cream cheese or apple butter
raisin toast w/cc
chicken soup w/egg
bacon & eggs
bagel
oatmeal
Then they have fruit on the side.
Sliced apple
strawberries
blueberries
banana

he almost always gets leftovers, from either the night before's dinner or something that I've stored in the freezer from another night.
he sometimes will also have eggs with ham and/or beans if there is nothing else.
he always has some sort of fruit with it as well.

applegate farms cold cuts
applegate hot dog occasionally
cinnamon raising bread with cream cheese. They would have this every meal

Today they had a grilled cheese & tomato sandwich with strawberries and an avocado.
I do a lot of omelettes with veggies & cheese, leftovers, cheese/crackers/cold cuts (applegate farms), turkey hot dogs (on occasion), homemade pizza, soup.
I always give fruit with lunch.

-very lightly toasted bread with Jelly
-grilled cheese
-mac and cheese with:
-chicken nuggets
-buttered noodles
-yogurt
-cheese sticks
-apple sauce
-LOTS of fruit...I cant keep it long enough in the house-
-grapes, strawberries, blueberries, pianapple, apple, etc

yogurt
cheese stick
raisins
raviolis
leftover dinner
99% of the time fruit with it (strawberries, grapes, blackberries, mango, watermelon, etc)
