What do you use to pipe icing on cupcakes?
I want to do SkinnyTaste's recipe for pumpkin cupcakes with pumpkin spice cream cheese icing for BF's birthday this weekend I'm horrible at icing cupcakes and cakes...I want to try piping the icing so it looks nicer. Is there a tool I should be using to do this? Or a technique?

The easiest way to pipe frosting on cupcakes and make it fancy is with the star shaped tip. They have so many different sizes, but I suggest one of the larger ones, just not THE largest. I wanna say we use #35 or #35, but I can't remember exactly. There's no need to get bags or anything like that though if you're not doing it a lot. Just use a plastic ziploc bag. You put the tip inside the bag in the corner and snip the tip of with scissors. Fill it, twist the end or tie it shut with a rubberband, and pipe it on in a circular design.
