what do you wear to grand jury duty?
how dressed up do you have to get (this is for my dh!)
and any tips on getting out of it!!LOL!!!

i wore business casual when i went, black pants, blouse and boots.
i just went ahead and volunteered for the grand jury--and then they picked names out of a hat for 4 grand juries, and there were plenty of people who volunteered and i didn't get picked, and still got the letter showing that i don't have to do any jury duty for next 6 years.

thanks! so do you think he has a good chance of not getting picked if there are a lot of volunteers? did you have to stay the whole day?

yeah--if there are alot of volunteers, then he could easily get lucky and not be picked.
once they had their grand juries picked--those of us who weren't selected were given a paper and we were out of there by around noon or 1pm!
