what does one wear for jury duty?
I'm on jury duty tomorrow... and just realized I don't exactly know how to dress!

yeah, I say a nice pants and top. I think I wore black dress pants and a nice top. A majority of the people there are nicely dressed  Good luck tomorrow!!

last time I went I wore dress pants and a sweater. I was one of the nicest dressed ones there!

As someone who spends a good portion of time in court I can tell you that most people don't know how to dress to be in the building.
You most certainly do NOT have to wear business clothes. Just avoid jeans, t-shirts with advertisements/obnoxious sayings, anything that could be construed as provacative, tank tops or too short shorts.

whatever your comfortable in. I wore Jeans and a sweater (it was winter). And I pick juries for a living
