Samantha never did it before the last few days....and it kind of freaks me out....

Are her shoulders still against the seat and just her head is moving forward? If not, you may need to retighten the straps. She shouldn't be able to slump forward with her shoulders...

Thats normal, when Julia was small sometimes her head would flop foward, its just the way I put her in the carseat that day, other days she would be fine.
