What does this mean? Bathroom related
I was draining the bathtub yesterday after the kids' bath, and the toilet started to have bubbles come up in the water in the bowl. I sometimes hear some bubble noises when I drain the tub, but yesterday I actually saw air bubbles popping up.
What is this?? Should I be concerned or is it nothing?

total shot in the dark here - but do you have a sewer system or ceaspool?
if you have a ceaspool - could it maybe have something to do with that?!

Something might be clogged and it's not draining fast enough. In our NY apartment everything from the drain in our kitchen sink backed up into the tub and toilet in the bathroom! It was nasty, but once we got everything unclogged it went back to normal.

Re: What does this mean? Bathroom related
The bathroom drains all vent through the same vent pipe going up. When you have a large amount of water going down the tub drain, there is a lot of air pulled in. Because everything is connected, some of the air comes into the toilet pipes. Nothing to worry about. If water starts coming back into any fixture, then you have to worry. Air isn't a problem, though. You could ask a plumber, but I have a feeling that the solution to totally prevent that may be $$$$
