What does your family eat for breakfast?

I need some ideas.

Do you make your husband breakfast before work? Do you and the kids eat the same thing?

Breakfast is a huge chore in my house. My husband is picky. I usually make him pb&j in the morning, and a sandwich for lunch... But then I feel like he's eating too much bread. My son really doesn't like bread. I end up not eating until noon. I can't win.

What do you guys do about breakfast?

During the week my DC eat waffles, pancakes, and bananas. My DH usually makes himself a bowl of cereal after we feed the kids. I never eat breakfast when I first get up and sometimes I skip it. When I do eat it I usually have oatmeal. During the weekend we usually have a big breakfast at least one one day and it usually includes scrambled eggs, home fries, and toast. We sometimes eat it at home and sometimes we go out for brunch.

DH eats cereal or yogurt...
DS eats cereal, waffles, eggs, toast, french toast, mini bagels, or pancakes.

We are all about cereal, frozen waffles and french toast sticks and granola bars.

Occassionally I'll make pancakes or bacon and eggs, but I'm not really a morning person, so a hot cooked breakfast is seldom in my house.

DH eats cereal and/or oatmeal, during the week I eat either a bagel or a muffin and coffee

On the weekends we both eat toast, eggs and turkey sausage

DD eats oatmeal, fruit, dry cheerios, her bottle..when we eat eggs, she does too with a little toast

I'm out the door at 5:50am before, well most of the time, the kids are up but here's what we eat...

everyone gets their own choice...

I add flaxseed/wheatgerm to almost everything

whole wheat bagels w/ fruit
multigrain waffles w/fruit
French Toast w/ fruit
homemade silver dollar blueberrry pancakes
organic yogurt with granola and organic berrries
organic cereal
homemade muffins- blueberry/pumpkin/etc.

My kids aren't egg eaters.

Thanks ladies. We pretty much do the same. Except my husband is a pain and I have to make him something he can eat in the car... and I have to make it, and wrap it, and hand it to him, or he won't eat. Lol.
