what else with corned beef and cabbage??
ILs are coming to visit next weekend, and i thought i would make corned beef and cabbage for them.... i think last time, i basically just put it all in the crockpot with some water, and with the seasoning packet that came with the beef. does that sound right? what side dishes would be good with it? thanks!

We do boiled potatoes and carrots. I also make sure we have some really good mustards and horseradish. Irish Soda bread too.
