What exactly is a Non Stress Test for Baby?
My high Risk dr told me @ 30 weeks I start the weekly NSTs.
What exactly is this?

Basically, they just put a monitor on your belly to see how much the baby moves within x amount of time. They look for movement and for acceleration of the heart rate during movement (they want to see sustained accelerations). It usually take about 30 minutes and if the baby is not moving a lot they will give you some juice.

Nope not as early as I am getting them. I am high Risk.

piece of cake. I did them with my last pregnancy starting at 30 weeks. I will have my first one at 26 weeks with this baby since I am diabetic again.
