What food should I bring for an overnight visit?
We are going to Montauk on Sunday and staying at my parents' house overnight. DS is 12.5 months old and eats all table food. But my parents have pretty sophicticated taste, but they would get anything for their grandson
Do you think it would be overkill to bring snacks and some back up meal food like the graduates ravioli, or worth it?
TIA!!

I say pack it...worst case you bring it home..best case you save yourself a last minute trip to the store because he won't eat anything served.
ETA: Bring snacks, and maybe a small sampling of what he would eat for each meal.
For example I would bring some bread and cheese to make grilled cheese for Lucas. I could care less if he ate it for every meal that day so long as he ate. And lots of snacks!

I would bring or make sure that the foods he is accustomed to are available. I wouldn't go under the guise that he'll eat whatever is there. It might not work out. I think some Graduate meals are perfect. If you don't need to use them, just bring them back home. I'd also pack some puffs or other toddler snacks.

I'd bring plenty of baby snacks-puffs, finger foods, cheerios, goldfish, fruit cups etc-the snacks you know DC loves.
Personally when i travel to the grandparents in NY, i never bring food. They eat whatever we are eating or the grandparents cater to them.

Definitely Gerber Graduate meals, puffs, yogurt (buy there or bring in cooler), crackers, muffins or some other breakfast type food, etc.

Hmmm, breakfast food was the least of my concerns b/c I figured I could just make him toast..
