Megan has always been a good napper. She would go down at about 3 30 and wake up around 6 630. Now she makes herself so overtired, I give her a bottle and she falls asleep just fine. I put her down and shes up 20 minutes later. I cant take it! Yesterday, she slept all of 20 minutes all day long and then was so overtired at night that she wouldnt go to sleep at all.

Shes not hungry, I made sure she was getting enough so its not that. Just now she woke up again after sleeping for only 20 minutes, I went in, turned on her mobile and walked out. I refuse to pick her up when I know she needs more sleep. It sounds quiet now but I am afraid to go and look.

Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do?
