BMI is not always the most accurate way to predict if you are at a healthy weight. People who have a lot of muscle will sometimes have a high bmi, but are actually quite fit and by no means overweight.

I really think it depends on your body
I know people who are 5'2" who look great at 150 and others who look great at 115

According to the BMI charts, even when I was in college, lifting weights 5 days a week, riding my bike every day, and being in probably the best health ever, I was borderline "obese".....
