Literature, history, art. Probably philosphy too.
We had one year in my old school where they called us "Humanities" which was code for "We were too lazy to hire enough teachers and no one wants to work here anyway, so you have to teach both." It could have been good if it had been planned out correctly. I would love to really teach humanities.

Well I took a Humanities class in HS and it was part of the English department. The teacher included subjects like architecture, mythology; we read some classics, like Dante's Inferno.
It's all I can remember. High school was a million years ago!!
