Not sure the avg but I just saw an ad in todays paper for $399 for the terrain for 48 months. It said "LOADED" msrp was listed about $32K
ETA: I just double checked the ad to see about the DP based on Nicoles comment. The ad says "required dp is $3995 + $895 fee + tax, tags and fees" not sure what all the would come to....

You also have to keep in mind that any advertised deal is going to require a sizeable down payment.

I less than $400 for my SUV. No DP. You shouldn't put a DP on a lease. Only taxes, titles and fees.
