Re: suv moms who lease
Depends what you want and how much if any you are going to put down. SUV lease payments are more than $100 more then they were 2-3 years ago. I have a few friends that recently looked and they all said the same thing.
The payments seem to be in the $450 or more range. My friend had to downsize from a Honda Pilot they wanted over $600 to a CRV for high $400 with nothing down.

Re: suv moms who lease
In '06 we leased a new jeep grand cherokee for 345 a month with 1k down. Now we have an '08 liberty but we purchased it. Im not sure if Chrysler is doing leases again...

Re: suv moms who lease
Chrysler is no longer leasing, and those that are have raised the rates tremendously. Really not even worth it to lease at the moment, even though I was someone who would only lease. We found it was best to find a CPO SUV with low millage that was under warranty. I found a 2007 Grand Cherokee Limited with 12,000 miles and navi and have a monthly payment of $350 with no money down.

Re: suv moms who lease
It can be done, but I am not sure you'll get an Acadia that low. Do you have a GM credit card? You get money towards vehicle purchases, and at times, they send you offers of up to $2000 off. You may have better luck in the class of vehicles that are a little smaller, like the Chevy Equinox, etc.
With a lease, I wouldn't put any money down, just the taxes and title. Also, your credit rating, the length of the lease, etc. all play a role in monthly payments.
