What is Everyone Doing on Halloween?
I'm psyched that it's on a Saturday, but afraid that after about 30 minutes of Trick or Treating DD will be bored...
Any ideas of stuff to do? I was thinking of going to White Post Farms but I am sure it will be mobbed that day.

We're gonna take the kiddies trick or treating!
Scary to say kiddies!!!  DC#2 will be just a few weeks old 
They do a "Pumpkin Crawl" in our town and ALL the kids go trick or treating around to the stores. It's chaos...but SO cute. We did that last year with DD and she had a blast!

We usually go to BIL/SIL's house. They live in a big development...we go around to the houses. They have some other friends over too, it's a big group of us that walk around. Then we usually do pizza, etc. there. Assuming we'll do it again this year.

We'll see where I'm at - if I'm not giving birth, we'll probably hook up with my little sister (age 4) or my nephew (Elizabeth's age) for a local trick or treat.

Probably trick or treating around the neighborhood (not for very long, 30 minutes or so).
Then, we'll probably setup in our driveway and give out candy. We did this last year-we are in NC and everyone seems to set up in their driveway. Parents hang out, kids run around (though DD is too young to really run around).
Around 8, DD turns into a pumpkin and goes to bed.

Well, we will be heading out late. DH is taking his 12 yrs cousin to the Metallica concert the night before. But when we go, we are going to the grandmas and taking DS trick or treating. My mom has been making her halloween cupcakes since I was little. (Choc cupcakes with orange icing) so we will end of there with the boy.

We're prob going to go to my mom's and trick or treat to some of her neighbors.
Then we usually go to my sisters development and trick or treat there and then back to her house for pizza.
But we may do the opposite and end up at my mom's for pizza instead.

we're going to a Pearl Jam concert in Philly that night. During the day, we're visiting my SIL/BIL who live right outside of philly and we'll probably take the baby trick or treating with her cousins.

Going to meet up with my sister and nephew...Im hoping also my brother, SIL and other nephew too, but, not sure.

My DD will only be 13 months old but we'll go Trick-or-Treating around our neighborhood just to get out and walk around and enjoy the holiday with the other kids. Later in the day we'll head down to Stony Brook Village for the Scarecrow Festival and more Trick-or-Treating. The Stony Brook Village festivities have been a tradition with us for years. DH and I use to go with my little cousins every year and now that they are teenagers and I have my own DD we're continuing the tradition with her. We took her last year at just over a month old.........SO much fun!

All of my neighbors get really in to it. So probably walk him around in his costume, with my cousin and her kids.
Then my one neighbor brings his fire pit to the front yard, has a fire, wine and cheese for the grown ups and everyone hangs out. It's so much fun.
