WHAT IS FOR DINNER TONIGHT????
I am starving today for some reason!
Dinner tonight is going to be Pork Milanese and I got the recipe from Balthazar's cookbook from the restaurant. I hope it turns out good! I think I am going to serve some sort of pasta on the side - maybe penne with a tomato cream type sauce......

i have wild alaskan salmon ready to go, just need to figure out how to prapre it
that will be served with broccoli and couscous

I made a really good dish in the crock pot
chicken breasts
cream of broccolli soup
cream of mushroom soup
can of milk
cook together on low for 6-7 hours
throw in cut up cauliflower and/or broccolli for the last hour or so of cooking until veggies are soft.
Serve over rice!
Yummy!!

Melissa, Salm9on is really good with grey poupon mustard just spread over the top and wrap loosely in tin foil. Also I higly recommedn Soy Vay Teriyaki on salmon

You guys make some good dishes. I eat super healthy most nights.
Grilled chicken, brown rice stuff like that. No flavor!!! I count the days to the weekend so I can eat out!!

I don't cook-Jake wont be home until late tonight- so I just don't see the point
