What is going on in North Merrick?
A helicopter keeps circling. It has been more then 10 times now

OMG...I was just going to post and ask.
DH dropped his pants off at the dry cleaners by our house (the small shopping strip next to Sacred Heart church on Merrick Ave....next to the pizza place). He was leaving for work 2 hours later and he said there was a helicoptor, cop cars all over the place and crime scene tape taping off the dry cleaners. He doesnt know what happened.

We just got an email from the elem. school.

Really? I live down the block and didn't hear the helicopters. I took the back streets home, so I guess that's why I didn't see any cops. I hope the found the perp!
