What is largest meal for the day on WW and how do you stay satisfied with what you eat?
I am thinking lunch, but once I start eating I am always hungery (my problems has been that I didn't really eat except a few snacks durning the day and then dinner). So now I am eating breakfest and lunch.
For example, this morning had a 3/4 cup of kashi cereal with 1/2 cup of FF milk and a med. banana in it, plus a cup of coffee and I am still hungry and I ate 50 minute ago.

Re: What is largest meal for the day on WW and how do you stay satisfied with what you eat?
OK. The most difficult part is getting past the habit of eating right after you eat. That sounds like a great breakfast and you should definately be satisfied. Maybe now you can eat the rest of the banana? Are you sure you are hungry and not just wanting to chew or eat? Try a piece of gum.
You should definately try to eat every 2 to 3 hours. BUT those in-between meals should be small. A yogurt. Piece of fruit. Not a whole other meal. This is where I always went wrong in the past.
Also, eat foods that are high in fiber. They keep you fuller longer. Maybe have some brown rice with your lunch. I always make sure I measure my protein (usually chicken or turkey) then if I have rice, I only have one serving. And I load up on veggies.

Generally speaking I would say my biggest meal is dinner. I snack during the day and I like to eat a bit more at night because I always seem to be SUPER hungry after dinner
Couple of questions...
Are you drinking enough water?
Are you eating your flex points?
Do you work out and if you are do you eat any of your activity points?

No, I don't. My problem is I love to eat and can't stop even when I'm full.

I know I am not drinking enough water (I barely drink it ) and I think that will help satisfiy me if I start to do that.
I am only going over a few of the flex points ( I really only started doing this yesterday even though I signed up last week).
I do not work out but I also barely sit until after the kids go to bed. So I am going up and down the stairs constantly or walking around doing some sort of house work. Then if I go out with the kids.

Re: What is largest meal for the day on WW and how do you stay satisfied with what you eat?
I feel like lunch is my hardest meal to satisfiy and I am not sure why. I also have 22 points for the whole day so I guess I feel like I need to make the most of my points but not really sure how to.

Chasing after your kids and house work counts as exercise points!

I use e-tools, but I can tell you that leisurely walking and light cleaning are both 1 pt for every 20 minutes and 2 pts for a full 60 minutes.

Okay the water thing - definitely need to work on that. Water is SO SO SO SOOOOOOOOOOOOO important! If you are not drinking enough your may be telling you that you are hungry when you are in fact thirsty.
If you are not using that many of your flex points and are finding that you are hungry my advice is to go ahead and try to use them! I use all of my flex points each week (although everyone is different). I would try to to eat more filling foods with those points though like Steph suggested.
Fresh fruits and veggies are always best. Low fat cheese or yogurt is good too. I love Luna bars if you have the points for them (3 points each). They have 10g of protein and are all natural.
If you are moving around all day you may be hungry because your body needs more. I am hungry ALL the time and I really think it's because my metabolism is always in overdrive. Since I eat all day I have 3 "meals" and 3 snacks and that helps keep my hunger at bay. Again, always try to make a smart decision on what you're snacking on - no 100 calorie snack packs, nothing loaded with sugar or carbs. Natural foods, foods high in protein and/or fiber first. If you are in a pinch the healthiest choice you can make second.
If you can, I would also suggest to try your best to space it at least 2 hours apart.

Re: What is largest meal for the day on WW and how do you stay satisfied with what you eat?
I know for me, I cannot have anything remotely sweety or sugary in the AM, or anytime for that matter, unless it's fruit.
I eat lots of high fiber foods to stay full. I try to eat as organically as possible. I am trying to cut out HFCS. I know I need a moderate breakfast because I need a snack (Fiber One bar, nuts, fruit) within 3 hours (I have hypoglycemia). For lunch, I have a sandwich or wrap, fruit, whole grain crackers but then I might not have a snack within a few hours. Or I might bring whole grain pasta in a light sauce, or leftovers. For dinner I stick with lean protein, veggies and moderate starches. I am trying to cut out processed food as well.
It depends daily as to what my biggest meal will be. Sometimes it's lunch, sometimes dinner, sometimes I don't snack as much, etc.

Re: What is largest meal for the day on WW and how do you stay satisfied with what you eat?
I always make dinner my largest meal. Because it's the meal I have with DH, I want to make sure he is enjoying his dinner as well, which can mean a couple more points sometimes. I'm also always hungry at night and tend to munch if I am bored, so eating a larger meal helps curb that.
I find lunch to be the hardest meal for me though because everyone at my office orders out and once I hear what they're having, I want the same thing. It's always a struggle for me, so having dinner to look forward to helps with that as well.

100 calorie snacks are fine as a treat don't get me wrong. If she is feeling hungry and having a hard time feeling full they are just not going to cut it - she needs to make her calories count. 100 cal packs aren't very nutritional nor do they have much fiber or protein. On top of that because most of them are just carbs they'll cause a spike in your blood sugar and make you even hungrier.
If you are doing well with them that's great! I just wouldn't recommend it for someone who is having trouble feeling satisfied.

ok good reasons behind it. I just started WW so I went out and bought a bunch of the 100 cal packs; granola bars and brownie bites and lorna doone cookies, but didnt think about that aspect that u said. they are so small so it really doesnt cut it. its true

I also found the less I eat those things the less I want them and/or crave them. If every time you want something sweet you have fruit instead of those 100 cal packs, you will eventually get into the habit of eating fruit instead of snacks.
If you just started by all means, do whatever you need to to stick to the program. When uou are working with a small number of points you are forced to l figure out for yourself what's worth it and what's not. Sometimes you just want a treat like that - but honestly for me personally it's better if I just don't go there at all. It triggers me and makes me even hungrier
Good luck!

What if you had more protein? For me, even if I had a big bowl of cereal with banana I would be starving shortly after. However, if I have a hard boiled egg on a light english muffin that will hold me over till lunch.

So I did this today and it made a difference. I am having 2 snacks and 3 meals and depending if DH is home for dinner depends which meal is bigger. Azad, you were right about the water. I am drinking more and am not as hungry. I also think that I just need to cut out sweets because it isn't worth the point since I am still hungry.
I am on day 3 so I think I just have to get use to eating so much because I really wasn't eating or drinking for that matter.
Thanks for everyone's advice, it was all so helpful!!
