potatos - and seafood. My grandparents in boston would make these incredible chowders, lobster newberg, fish frys - and I wouldnt eat any of it - now I wish I could go back in time!

Seafood. I remember my sister telling my mother she was going to call the child abuse hotline if she made lobster and shrimp stuffing again. My mother handed her the phone and said "Go ahead. You tell them that I'm forcing you to eat lobster. I'd like to see what they say." I think it was the threat that the new foster family would not buy her Benneton shirts that stopped her.
