What is the average you are gaining a month?

I seem to be gaining 8 a month. I have a 28 pound weight gain so far, but that only make me 128 pounds which is normal weight for someone my height. My doctor isn't worried but I am thinking that others aren't gaining as much as me

128 LBS???? I think my left boob weighs 128 lbs.

I'm 28 weeks, and I've gained 28 pounds.

yes! i was a stick (obviously) pre-pregnancy.

I've gained a lot. I was normal weight pre-pregnancy (size 4-6) and am 20 weeks and up 18lbs! Despite the weight gain, my stomach is still very very small. Most people can't tell I'm pregnant. My boobs and azz are out of control.

I'm well over 170lbs now and I have gained 24lbs by week 30

I was slow at first and it picked up between 20-25weeks (12lbs) then another 8lbs the next four weeks. That's 20lbs in just 6weeks!!!!

I'm overweight, so I shouldn't be gaining that much. I'm 30 weeks and have gained 11 lbs total.... 6 lbs, if you take into account the fact that I lost 5 in the first trimester instead of gaining.

I'm 17 weeks and change and I've gained like 8-9 pounds..I'm not counting the 4 that I gained literally the first week bc I stopped smoking...numbers make me sad Everyone says I don't look like I gained weight, but I can't help but feel like I have bc I don't have a big belly yet...my left boob probably weighs 20 pounds itself though....

I am 20 weeks and only gained 6lbs which is all in my boobs!!!

I am gaining 2-3 pounds a month. But I started off at a weight that I shouldn't be at. So far I have gained 12 pounds and I am 20 weeks.

i wish i was 128 lbs

i am just about 8 months pregnant (more like 7 1/2) and i am up 28 lbs. so that's an average of 4 lbs a month.

I gained 1 pound on my last 12 week check up. I will find out how much more I've gained on Aug. 5th for my 16 week check up.

I am 20 weeks & I am down 10lbs. At my 16 week appt I had lost a total of 14lbs. I went for my 20 week appt yesterday & I gained back 4 lbs.

I am hoping to only gain 20lbs through out he rest of my pregnancy, that will put me only 10lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight.

On average, I've gained 4lbs a month.

I've gained 15 lbs as of my last visit at 30 weeks so that's 1/2 lb every week.

i am almost 37 weeks and have gained a total of 37 pounds so a pound a week, hope it all comes off. its crazy to get on the scale and see how much it says, i don't feel like i am 37 pounds heavier though.

There hasn't really been an average.

month 1- 0
month 2- 0
month 3- 0
month 4- 5 lbs
month 5- 8 lbs
month 6 - 8 lbs
month 7 - 4 lbs
month 8 so far 1.5 lbs

Well I was up 11 pounds at 27 weeks so it's a little under 2 pounds a month.

I was 127 when I got pregnant
I am 15 1/2 weeks and now i weigh 134

I also stopped smoking

month 1 - 3lbs
month 2 - 3 lbs
month 3 - 0 lbs
month 4 - 1 lb

I was 135 when I got pregnant.
I'm 154 now and I'm 25 weeks.

I guess that's not so bad.

I lost about 10 lbs my first trimester b/c of horrible m/s...so at 30 weeks I've only gained about 16lbs.
and my weight gain was pretty inconsistant...it would be a pound or two here and there.
I've gained the most weight this month so far at 5lbs.

4 pounds per month since 18 weeks, before that I gained only 2 pounds for the entire pregnancy from weeks 16 to weeks 18

Ya know at this point I have no clue. But each time I go to the doc, he says I am fine and is not concerned one bit about my weight gain.
