What is the best way to sell baby stuff?
Craig's List, Ebay or a good old fashion garage sale?
Also - how do you know how much to sell the stuff for?

Depends on what you are selling. I've sold on both ebay and craigslist. On ebay you can look to see closed auctions to see pricing.

Swing, bouncers, jumperoo, high chairs, small power wheels. Nothing that can be shipped all local pickup.

I've done well with Craigslist.
Almost every woman who has bought from me was a mom of two, gave everything away and then... woopsey... along came #3 and they needed to get the baby gear again.

That was funny..
Well, it makes me feel better about hoarding stuff even though I am not planning for another. My mom was like, "why don't you give some stuff to your cousin?" I already gave some stuff to my other cousin but my mom's real question was, "are you planning for more kids?"
